 The Bauchi state chapter of All Progressive Congress APC, has reversed the suspension of former Governor of the state Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar SAN, by his ward executives, Makama Sarkin Baki In Bauchi local government area, declaring it void and unlawful.

This is contained in a statement signed by the state's publicity secretary of the party Adamu Aliyu Jallah on Thursday 15th December 2022.

 According to Adamu, the suspension letter violates the disciplinary procedures under article 21 of the party's constitution 2022.

 He further states that Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar SAN is still an active and valid member of the APC and shall continue to partake in all its lawful activities at all levels till further notice.

Aliyu Jallah concludes by advising the public to desist from giving any effect, the unlawful decisions of the executives of Makama Sarkin Baki ward of Bauchi local government and also says that further actions are going to be considered by the state's working committee in due course.
