From Ismaila Uba Misilli. 16th December,  2022 Gombe Governor Signs 2023 Budget Into Law ...Praises Assembly Members For Expeditious Passage, Harmonious Relationship Gombe State Governor,  Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has signed the 2023 Appropriation Act of one hundred and Seventy Six billion, Sixteen million, Two hundred and Two thousand Naira ( 176, 016, 202, 000, 00) as passed by the State House of Assembly.  The initial budget proposal of One Hundred and Seventy Three billion Six hundred and Ninety Seven million Two hundred and forty two thousand (173, 697, 242, 000,00)  had an increase of over two billion naira.    The Bauchi state chapter of All Progressive Congress APC, has reversed the suspension of former Governor of the state Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar SAN, by his ward executives, Makama Sarkin Baki In Bauchi local government area, declaring it void and unlawful. This is contained in a statement signed by the state's publicity secretary of the party Adamu Aliyu Jallah on Thursday 15th December 2022.  According to Adamu, the suspension letter violates the disciplinary procedures under article 21 of the party's constitution 2022.  He further states that Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar SAN is still an active and valid member of the APC and shall continue to partake in all its lawful activities at all levels till further notice.
